 芬蘭AVARTE OY 公司成立于1980年,是北歐最著名的家具商之一,產(chǎn)品來自當(dāng)代頂尖家具設(shè)計(jì)大師約里奧·庫(kù)卡波羅(YRJO KUKKAPURO)為首的設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì). 庫(kù)卡波羅是一位堅(jiān)定的功能主義者, 50年代,他是第一位將人體工學(xué)引入家具設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)計(jì)師;他的作品簡(jiǎn)潔、質(zhì)樸、高雅、結(jié)構(gòu)暴露,充分體現(xiàn)北歐簡(jiǎn)約風(fēng)格; 他將生態(tài)學(xué)/人體工學(xué)/美學(xué)列為家具設(shè)計(jì)要素,希望產(chǎn)品可靠/耐用/舒適/環(huán)保
在漫長(zhǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)生涯中,庫(kù)卡波羅的設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格從不追風(fēng),從不逐流,在許多曇花一現(xiàn)般的流行風(fēng)格前,庫(kù)卡波羅的作品更顯歷久彌新;今天,庫(kù)卡波羅的早期作品依然在全球范圍生產(chǎn)流通,而且就像五、六十年前一樣,充滿現(xiàn)代感。
庫(kù)卡波羅教授的足跡遍布世界范圍,他的作品14次被包括紐約現(xiàn)代藝術(shù)博物館、德國(guó)VITRA設(shè)計(jì)博物館等永久收藏,1963-1980年期間,以校長(zhǎng)和客席教授身份施教多個(gè)國(guó)家的設(shè)計(jì)院校（包括中國(guó)江南大學(xué)、南京林業(yè)大學(xué)等）,1980年至今,講學(xué)于世界各地,并堅(jiān)持創(chuàng)作設(shè)計(jì),每年都有新的設(shè)計(jì)作品推出。 |

 Designer:Yrjo Kukkapuro
Professor Kukkapuro has been the company's principal designer from the very beginning. His designs reflect an awareness of space and its function, be it the space of classical or modern buildings. Furniture has been designed by making it complement the architecture of the building, by making it assimilate with the space without dominating it. Avarte and Kukkapuro often work in close co-operation with architects. Even though many products have originally been designed, tested and manufactured for a certain environment, many of them have proven appropriate for other corresponding projects. This may result from the universality of the products and the fact that they seldom point to any specific style or era. Some products have also been manufactured in different versions suitable for many public facilities.
Kukkapuro studied under Ilmari Tapiovaara and Olli Borg who taught him the practical meaning of functionalism, and young Kukkapuro greatly respected their wisdom and philosophy. Later he became the principal and professor of the University of Industrial Arts, and in his teaching he continued and expressed his functional thinking. His form language is based on a simple, clear and often imposing functionality which takes into account materials and their natural formal aspects as well. The outcomes of the design work are perfect wholes precisely because functionality in all its manifestations is their core. This is appropriate for Kukkapuro who wishes to avoid excessive personification and who does not want to present hyperbolic views about design, either. |

豐托思－形式與功能的完美結(jié)合
這一系列產(chǎn)品始于庫(kù)卡波羅1992年為芬蘭赫爾辛基新歌劇院的專門設(shè)計(jì)。它要求有強(qiáng)
烈的個(gè)性和近乎數(shù)學(xué)般的精確造型。
最初的532與新歌劇院達(dá)到了完美的統(tǒng)一。542和它的姐妹544是之后從532發(fā)展出
來的新產(chǎn)品，它可以疊摞放置，易于相互連接，有可拆卸的寫字板。以及隨有誕生的 522、
524 和526使這一系列能夠應(yīng)用于辦公領(lǐng)域。
豐托思系列的人體工學(xué)質(zhì)量是借助于不同科學(xué)試驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｐ瓦M(jìn)行研究的，在功能與審美形式
語(yǔ)言上的統(tǒng)一發(fā)展與協(xié)調(diào)一致是近乎完美的。
豐托思 542、544主要用途及適用范圍:
公共 區(qū)域（培訓(xùn)室、接待廳、會(huì)議室等功能區(qū)域）
板 材：座板和背板厚度為 9-10mm厚的定型膠合板（樺木）
椅板顏色：黑色（常規(guī)），楓木色（期貨）
椅板封邊：清水邊、黑色邊（常規(guī)）
貼 面： 裝飾耐火板
軟 包：座位軟包高回彈海綿，密度45㎏/m3、厚度為30mm
靠背軟包海綿密度，36 ㎏/m3、厚度為20mm
肩墊軟包海綿密度，36 ㎏/m3、厚度為20mm
工藝過程：用膠水將軟包固定在內(nèi)模板（5mm的密度板）上，后用螺絲釘把外模板與內(nèi)模板上的梅花 抓釘固定
扶 手: 黑色的半軟PU泡沫塑料（PUR=polyurtane聚乙烯氨甲酸乙脂）
架 子：靜電噴塑鋼管直徑為φ19×1.5mm\φ19×1.5mm\20×10×1.5mm 黑色（常規(guī)）、銀灰色、 鐵灰色（期貨），電鍍(定制)
腳 墊：黑色尼龍
結(jié)構(gòu)特征：
豐托思542可根據(jù)客戶的不同使用要求在椅子背面添加抽拉式寫字板，黑色（常規(guī)）楓木色（期貨），但其會(huì)影響椅子的疊摞；扶手寫字板為10mm的防火板貼面的膠合板，尺寸280mm×180mm，以
轉(zhuǎn)軸方式連接在扶手上,黑色、楓木色（常規(guī)）,黑色塑料網(wǎng)兜
家具部件： 座板、背板、椅架 易堆放，可以疊摞減少空間；置小推車可以方便運(yùn)輸
安裝步驟：
⑴用平頭螺絲把背板與座板連接起來
⑵再把座背連接板與架子安裝固定
